about faith
Faith is an emerging artist living and working in Champaign County. She paints modern florals with bold colors and a confident hand. She uses acrylics because she is too impatient for oils, and loves a good square canvas.

Her current work is a reflection of the life that flowers represent. Each piece explores an emotion or situation that unfolds during her creative process and connects with something we all can relate to. Her flowers are broken down into simple representations that tell a story to the viewer through color and movement.

Faith’s paintings have been exhibited in various locations in the Champaign area. She has shown at Giertz Gallery at Parkland College and currently has a solo display inside of Pekara Bakery and Bistro in downtown Champaign.

Faith was born in central Illinois and after several years of moving around settled back at home. She has always been a creative type and loves to read, write, and watch random Netflix documentaries. When not painting she stays busy bringing clinical research to her community and spending time with her family.
